This warranty does not apply to “normal wear and tear,” and it does not apply to any product that has been altered without Merryfair’s authorization. A product will not be considered defective, and DELTA will not be obligated to repair or replace it, if the product is not installed and used as recommended by DELTA.

This warranty does not apply to any “Customer’s Own Material” (ie, material specified by the buyer that is not a standard DELTA product offering) used in the manufacture of a DELTA product. A natural variation occurring in wood, fabric or leather is not considered a defect under the terms of this warranty. DELTA does not warrant the colorfastness or the matching of color, grain or texture of wood, fabric or leather. DELTA may discontinue some fabrics or finishes before expiration of the applicable warranty period.

Desking Elements

Table frame, structure, and hardware are covered under warranty against manufacturing defects for 3 months from the date of delivery.
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, stains, misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
Natural variations in wood, colour, grain, and texture are not considered defects.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, or failure to follow the recommended care and maintenance instructions.

Safe

The safe is covered under warranty against manufacturing defects for 2 years from the date of delivery.
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, stains, misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
Electronic components, batteries, locks, and other consumable parts are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Warranty does not cover loss or damage to items stored inside the safe.

Office Machine Warranty

Office machines are covered under warranty against manufacturing defects for 2 years from the date of delivery, subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, consumable parts, misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs or modifications.
For electronic equipment, warranty does not cover damage caused by power surges, improper voltage, liquid spills, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s operating instructions.
Warranty service, repair, or replacement will be provided subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

Collaboration Board Warranty

Please inspect the product immediately upon delivery and before signing for the goods.
Any damage, defect, or discrepancy must be reported to us upon delivery.
Once the product has been accepted and signed for, no replacement or exchange will be allowed.
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, stains, misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
Damage caused by improper use or failure to follow the recommended care and maintenance instructions is not covered under warranty.
